Commission
Welcome Everyone!
If you're planing to order background or props commission by natenart, you're in the right place.Terms of service are listed below. If you have any questions, do not be hesitated to contact me.
I. Payment & Fee
1. Payment is separated into 2 parts:
30% before the work is started
and 70% when the work is finished.
2. Payment is available through PayPal and Wise in USD.
3. There will be an extra design fee of $10-20 for no referenced brief, especially for 3D background and props.
4. The exact price will be dependent upon details and complexity of the commission.
II. Process
1. References and mood boards are more than welcome before the commission is started.
2. When an agreement of the commission is done, 30% of the full price is paid, then the commission will be started.
2.1 Regular size for 2D background is 3840x2160 px, 300 dpi and 3840x2160 px or 3840x3840 px, 72 dpi for 3D Background. (Size can be dependent on clients' wishes.)
3. The commission update and process will be sent to clients through the platform clients used to contact me.
3.1 WIPs will be sent in 3 stages: sketch, outlined and base color for 2D Background.
3.2 WIPs will be sent in 3 stages: blocking, lighting (if needed) and texture for 3D Background.
4. Minor changes and 1 major change for each stage are included in the price.
4.1 If clients would like to make more than 1 major change, an additional cost of $5 per 1 major change will be charged for 2D background and $10 per 1 major change for 3D background.
4.2 It is up to my discretion whether changes are major or minor.
5. Once the work is started, clients may not cancel the commission under any circumstances.
III. Copyrights & Usage Policy
1. I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
2. The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
3. Credit is not required when using a commission for personal use, but it would be a pleasure if clients link back or credit me.
4. For commercial usage, credit is still required.
5. Clients may not claim the work as yours.
6. Clients may not reproduce the work commercially without contacting and receiving my approval.

Files will be available for download from Google Drive for 30 days.4. Single objects' process range from 4 to 8 days, while those of full background and cars range from 2 to 4 weeks.
